Victor J. Eggenberger, P.E., President Mr. Eggenberger has experience in
mechanical design primarily with automation equipment and robotics used for healthcare
related applications. Eggenberger was a Mechanical Engineer with InterScope
Technologies, and has: developed concepts, designs, calculations, and
necessary documentation for an automatic microscope slide feeding product,
and an objective lens focusing instrument. This is in addition to refinements
made to InterScope’s existing imager design for manufacturing. As an
employee of McKesson Automation, he developed and refined numerous designs
for pharmacy automation products. These products include a Unit Base Cabinet
(AcuDose-Rx®) that dispensed narcotics and
non-narcotics. He refined the mechanical design of a prototype that was
developed for McKesson into a serviceable and reliable design, ready for
manufacturing. Numerous accompanying products for AcuDose-Rx®
were also developed; the most challenging was the Unit Dose Dispenser. This
product is a high security dispensing unit that would control the number and
type of medication dispensed. Mr. Eggenberger has one patent for the design
of the Unit Dose Dispenser. Other experiences include employment at: LifeCor,
PSI, and Centofanti Marine where a variety of skills were developed; such as:
mechanical design, development of fixtures for manufacturing, development of
test fixtures, tests of various kinds on products or to determine failure,
and machine shop experience. Mr. Eggenberger holds a Bachelors degree and a
Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh,

Vincent J. Stashko, Liaison Engineer Mr. Stashko heads the sales effort in
the Michigan area and is the intermediary between clients and Eggenberger
Automation’s home office. He brings a wealth of experience with him
ranging from design to sales. He has designed components for vehicle
suspensions and structural products for the following programs: Dodge Viper
space frame, GMT 400 Full Frame, Ford Explorer Full Frame, GMT800 Lower
Control Arms, GMT 265/295 Front and Rear Cradles and the HB2004 Full Frame.
He has also managed a team of engineers during his most recent tenure at
Tower Automotive (formally A.O Smith Company). Prior to this, he has years
of: design, management, sales, purchasing, and liaison experience at: Vickers
Power Systems, Sperry Vickers Corporation, Ace Controls Incorporated, and
Auto Specialties Manufacturing Company. He excels in communication skills and
has a solid technical background. Mr. Stashko holds a B.S. in Mechanical
Engineering and a B.S. Management with a Computer Science Minor from Oakland
